Job Description : We have some proprietary Data Pipelines built in Java and Python and we need someone with Cap1 experience that understands our data pipeline and processes. We can train on domain, but they need to know our systems since we have no ramp up time. They will support our Credit Authorization teams and work on Cloud ETL features in Glue. We will be modernizing our authorization model which is why we need support. They will work with other. Sr associates in a team of 4 developers. We are partly remote, but our main presence is McLean, but we can hire in other people centers. Day to day: Architecture on our Authorization platform (3-4 months work) Assist in developing new features. Follow Agile Sprint and take on stories Must Have: Only considering previous Cap1 candidates for first batch of profiles Java> primary coding language Open Source Frame work Expertise> Spring Boot Python> Used for data pipeline AWS> Cloud Services, Dynamo DB, S3, Lambda, ECS, Glue, Cloud Formation, CloudWatch, ALB CI/CD pipeline expertise and experience within One pipeline. Nice to Have: Front End experience in Angular and Node JS Agile meth. Strong communication Previous Cap1 If no Glue experience > experience with similar ETL frameworks Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Capital One Frameworks and processes 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java and/or Python 1+ years of experience with AWS cloud service (DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, ECS, Glue, Cloud Formation, CloudWatch, ALB) 1+ years of experience in ETL Frameworks like AWS Glue 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks (Spring, Boot) 1+ years of experience in Agile practices -- Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment javascript sthree database information technology green card Idaho Virginia |
