Experience Required: 15 + years Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the SAP architecture strategy for the utilities domain, aligning it with the overall business strategy Create a roadmap for SAP applications, ensuring that technology investments support long-term business objectives Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solutions, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, including production planning, supply chain, and quality management Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP team, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to enhance SAP capabilities in the manufacturing domain Establish and enforce SAP governance and compliance standards within the manufacturing landscape Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure the security and integrity of SAP systems Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment between SAP solutions and business needs Communicate SAP architecture principles and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Participate in the selection and evaluation of third-party tools and solutions Generic Managerial Skills Building good working relationships with people at all levels Prioritizing tasks effectively for yourself and your team Having good communication skills Considering many factors in decision-making Bringing people together to solve problems Developing new ideas to solve customers' problems Cultivating relationships with customers Thanks & Regards Laxmivijay US IT Technical Recruiter.
