Position: ServiceNow Lead Location: Indianapolis IN(Onsite) Duration: 12+ months contract position Job Description: CoreSphere is seeking a strong Technical Lead who is a ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist with direct experience implementing all modules of ServiceNow in the cloud for a large government organization. TheTechnical Leadwill be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the IT Service Management (ITSM) business needs of a government agency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new ServiceNow solutions and troubleshoot issues Consults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suite Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC and Knowledge Responsible for integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other Infrastructure tools Manage implementation and execution of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics Responsible for implementation of ServiceNow Data Model Oversee ServiceNow scripting and security best practices Excellent Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web Services Role requires to be a hands-on architect Other duties as required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size; Experience successful implementation of the solution proposed for this Task Order; Experience translating business requirements into technical cloud solutions; Experience transitioning legacy application services to SaaS solution; Experience providing cross-vendor communication in a multi-vendor environment; Experience providing technical leadership for modernization projects, including strategic planning and implementation, making use of Cloud services; and Experience with end-user and stakeholder engagement, communication, and training Experience in other ITSM systems, such as BMC Remedy Professional Requirements: Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
