| Role: RPA Developer Location: NY Duration: Long Term 1. Planning and analysis activities to provide project timelines, risks and opportunities, costs. 2. Work with business partners to design automation opportunities 3. Document and track current and future state business processes and requirements across multiple functional business areas 4. Facilitate requirements gathering within one or more business functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirements document 5. Create functional and technical specifications and manage changes to requirements 6. Develop bots utilizing UiPath automation tool 7. Define test scenarios, create test plans, and execute test scripts 8. Adhere to project related policies and procedures Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications: Must Have: 1. 6+ years of related experience required. 2. Developer certification within a top tier automation platform is required. 3. Core background in IT and Software Development, including a minimum of 2 years of experience with key programming languages, compilers and operating systems required. 4. Minimum 4 years of RPA development experience on UiPath RPA platform. 5. Minimum 2 year of experience with a top tier RPA platform (preferably Power Automate) including full life cycle experience from requirements to production. 6. Minimum 4 years of experience and strong working knowledge of .NET/C#, VB Script, SQL Server. 7. Minimum 2 years of experience in an agile/scrum environment as a developer. 8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze process flows and perform technical analysis. 9. Proactive and creative problem solver with a strong understanding of Business Process (BPM). 10. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English including presentation skills to senior management.
