| Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Montpelier, Vermont, USA (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Visa: GC & US Citizens Dont Submit Salesforce Technical Developers. We need Salesforce Functional Consultant, who should be able to attend the workshop, gather the requirements and document the user stories. JD: Identify and gather business requirements from users and stakeholders Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform for automation of business processes Document the requirement, conceptualize and co-ordinate layout and design for the Salesforce Portal and Salesforce users Coordinate the UI and UX requirement Requirement gathering and supporting the execution of third-party integration Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, defining roles and profiles Create objects, fields, set permission, create page layouts, record types, custom settings, set DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), dashboards and reports Create Backoffice Validation rule for objects and field, lightning pages and setting email templates Role Project-1 : Functional Lead Accountable to analyze the current Loans and Grant Management system and eco-system of current structure to retrieve Funding Source, Grants/Loans, Amortization schedule, Project Priority List, Milestones and Deliverable data from the existing system and migrate to the New Grant Management Solution on Salesforce Platform. Responsible for eliciting requirements, perform gap analysis and recommend the functional solutions. Responsible to document the user stories, action items, decision, risk etc. to the Azure DevOps system. Additionally, involved in utilizing the tool for various functions such as developing dashboards, creating Gantt charts, burndown reports, and more. Responsible to push the stories to the pipeline for the deployment via Copado tool. Role Project-2 : Business System Analyst Responsible for understanding current laws and policy related to cannabis control board and identify the regulatory requirements from seed to sale. Responsible for collecting requirements and verifying the system for the integration between POS systems of Cannabis establishments to Cannabis Control Board system using APIs. Responsible for conducting business meetings with stakeholders to collect requirements and providing solution on how the requirements will fit in Salesforce COTS products. Responsible for documenting and managing requirements, action items, decisions, and risk log in the Microsoft Azure DevOps tool. Responsible for migrating the requirements stories using Copado tool from one environment to another.
