From: jayaprakash, kksoftwareassociates.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ROLE :Servicenow Lead Location:Pittsburgh, PA ONSITE Contract Duration:12 months (+ Extension) ONLY H1B PASSPORT NUMBER IS MANDAYTORY Role Description: Design and develop workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic leveraging firm-wide frameworks and best practices for the ServiceNow platform. A solid understanding and demonstrated experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX. Third party integration experience with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC and integration hub. Collaborate with the Business Analysis team for producing estimates and agile delivery plans Provide expertise and support in ServiceNow platform upgrades. Participate / conduct code walkthroughs with other team members. Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified ServiceNow system issues Provide direction to on call/support team member to resolve issues quickly. Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution Experience providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators Formulate functional testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases Ability to learn and deploy new functionality / capabilities using ServiceNow platform to meet customer expectations Work collaboratively to provide updates on development progress, navigate in a fast-paced environment, and share ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists.
