BA/BSA for UI/UX - This is a techno-functional resource ideally would come from a UI/UX background before moving into BA/Product Owner type work: UI/UX principles, process activity flows etc - Will work across multiple product teams and should understand process flows for business and Vizio - Should be familiar with Figma - Should be familiar with rest APIs, React - 10/10 comm skills Roles & Responsibilities: Support Product Development Teams: o Work with product development teams on requirements elicitation and backlog refinement (Jira & Confluence). Looking for resource that have a proven track record with working with product development teams and has a fundamental understanding of technology and the application development process. o Assist the IT development in the overall approach and design (when needed). o Assist IT development in the creation and execution of test cases (Functional Testing). o Work with product owners and project sponsors to build and refine the project and product vision, scope and requirements. o Capable of running scrum teams and providing direction, prioritization and organization to meet team goals (Scrum Master Support). Support Integration Testing Teams: o Support testing and IT development teams to address potential defects related to integration and application related issues, requiring analysis and defect resolution during integration testing cycles. Support Requirements Centralization and Quality Assurance Checks: o Since the BA/BSA centralization, we need additional resources to work through the requirements standardization, quality, traceability and centralization effort to ensure we have the necessary knowledge base in place prior to go live. o Enhancing the current written requirements by linking them to the corresponding stories for easy trackability between the business needs and IT implementation. Will help minimize IA findings. o Creation and buildout of Product Requirements supporting Knowledge Management and long term Requirements Lifecycle Management strategy. o Assist in creation of robust technical documentation for the Risk Pillar.
