This position will be on-site with the possibility of teleworking offered 2 days a week. The work location will be at 799 G Street Sacramento, CA Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories. This project will include: * Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments, * create taxonomy and content types, * create retention schedules, * create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents, * create workflows to process documents, * create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events, * create a standard security model. Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases. * SPO setup and configuration as a document repository * Customizing SPO forms and workflows * Power Platform development experience * Creating a document taxonomy * Creating retention schedules * Creating and using term stores * 365 user security * Secretary of State trusted system requirements * Document Scanning experience is a plus. This position will be paired with a lead/administrator for the project Key Information: Experience Required: 3-4 years minimum hands-on experience in SharePoint Need an expert. Focus: Architecting to support multiple Business Units (BU's) and utilizing SharePoint (SP) as a document management system. This consultant will partner with Scott Goode (lead) and build proof of concept for mass migration of documents from FileNet to SharePoint Online (SPO) Power Platform: Key experience required for document migration and setting up SharePoint Online (SPO). SharePoint expertise and Power Apps for connectivity is critical experience. Hybrid Position: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Interview Process: In-person interviews preferred,. Transition to Full-Time: Not currently planned. Role: SharePoint Developer with Power Apps and Forms. UI Development: Planning to create a custom UI, potentially including features like retention schedules. Additional Details: Industry Size: Not specified Doesnt matter but this is mass migration. Needs to have experience that is similar. Volume of Migration: Multiple customers mentioned; starting with 15K - 100K documents but County is not there yet. Building plan and need proof of concept first. FileNet: Not required, emphasis on working with APIs is the key Framework and Requirements: Working within a framework, importance of reading and adhering to specified requirements.
