The successful candidate will lead a team of quality engineers in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of mobile quality engineers in the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for mobile applications. Define and implement best practices for mobile testing, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and contribute to the design and development of test automation frameworks. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for mobile applications. Utilize Appium for mobile automation testing. Work with AWS services for mobile testing in cloud environments. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure the timely identification and resolution of software defects. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 13 years of experience in mobile quality engineering. Strong proficiency in Java programming language. Extensive experience with mobile automation testing using Appium. In-depth knowledge of AWS services for mobile testing. Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
