I wanted to reach out to you and see if you have suitable candidates for Req#22542B - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Project Manager opportunity with one of our clients in NYC Day 1 onsite in NYC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Project Manager Must have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Pay rate: $90/hr on C2C Please find the below JD Job Title: Req#22542B - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Project Manager Duration: 12 months(37.5 hrs per week) Location: NYC Pay rate: $90/hr on C2C Critical Key requirements Proficiency with MS Visio required Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and value stream mapping sessions Basic knowledge of public mass transit assets & operations Strong verbal and written communication skills Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Required, Black Belt preferred Strong proficiency in leading, executing and delivering strategic & local process improvement projects Business process mapping using BPMN standard Strong Project Management, coordination and multi-tasking skills QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Required to have a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from an accredited institution or training company. (Black Belt preferred). Preferred minimum 7 years experience in Business Process Modelling (& management) with MS Visio is required. Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter Familiarity with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documenting key process requirements and can produce sample work upon request to the MTA General Knowledge of public mass transit assets & operations Expert Knowledge of lean methods, waste elimination, 5S, total productive maintenance, flow, and error proofing Ability to perform root-cause analysis and value stream mapping Led Kaizen or CI events and or improvement teams and implemented lean manufacturing techniques. Strong Problem Solving & analytical skills Strong Project Management, coordination and multi-tasking skills Strong Leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and foster teamwork Strong ability to exercise a reasonable level or in-depth judgement and decision making Strong Verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational & planning skills with attention to detail Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to prepare concise and insightful reports in a timely manner Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in the company & outside agencies Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Work, EXCEL, Visio, Access, etc).
