Contract Length: 6+ month contract role (possible to extend) Remote or On-site: 100% remote (working an EST schedule) or hybrid if local to Wilmington, DE Citizenship: Must be able to convert without sponsorship Wants a level III candidate Required Skills: 6+ years experience administering Endpoint Management systems Must have experience with standing up and configuring Intune Must have Experience with desktop design and architecture. VMWare (Mirage, vCM, etc) experience Experience with PowerShell Proven experience contributing to implementation of software systems and applications Proven experience with systems planning participation, security principles planning/implementation, and general software management best practices. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Position Description: Architect cutting-edge desktop and mobile device management (MDM) solutions utilizing Windows 10, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (ConfigMgr, and Intune). Develop and implement advanced security strategies with Microsoft Defender ATP, Intune, and Device Health. Facilitate client working sessions to gather business objectives, foster creative brainstorming with the project team, and assess the competitive landscape. Collaborate with architects across various platforms, including network, server, security, and telephony. Formulate high-level implementation plans for the desktop platform, evaluating the impact of new and existing technologies on the computing environment. Lead the creation of Group Policy desktop management policies and collaborate with Server Engineering on overall group policy management. Administer Microsoft SCCM and related environments, encompassing distribution points, cloud management gateway, Intune, AutoPilot, and providing analysis, administration, and support. Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for Tier 1 and 2, ensuring security compliance is upheld. Configure and deploy operating systems using SCCM, and design and create PowerShell scripts and packages for upgrades. Manage endpoint management software such as Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Encryption, and DUO to support end-user computing. Implement proactive security patch management and address vulnerabilities, participating in tiger teams to manage enterprise vulnerabilities. Tackle issues related to malware prevention, protection, and recovery. Plan, develop, build, deploy, and track the success of application packages, utilizing PowerShell and conducting zero-touch deployments. Leverage Intune management for various tasks, including research and resolution of vulnerabilities in the end-user computing environment. Oversee distribution points, including the Cloud Management Gateway, and monitor and report on compliance, Windows updates, PCI, and third-party updates. Research and enhance endpoint images based on business requirements, conducting post-resolution follow-ups on tickets to ensure ongoing success.
