Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and clarify business requirements for the ACBS servicing system. User Story Definition: Work with the Product Manager and team to translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Process Modeling: Support the team in analyzing and documenting existing business processes and suggest improvements or changes to optimize efficiency. Data Analysis: Understand and analyze data requirements, ensuring data integrity, and making data-driven decisions. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support the team in UAT and working with testers to validate that user stories meet business requirements. Change Management: Support the team to assess the impact of changes and help manage the transition to new processes or systems, including training and support. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of requirements, user stories, and processes.
