Position:R programmer, No H1B Location:100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Phone and Video The ideal candidate will be a Statistical Programmer with both strong SAS programming experience and R skills to join our client's Early Phase Programming Team. The preferred R stack experience includes dplyr, rmarkdown, dbplyr, ggplot2, roxygen, and plotly to solve complex challenges. Major Responsibilities Creating WaterFall, Swinlane and Spider plots in R Writing SAS Programs to create TFLs for Early Development Studies. Oversight QC of Vendor outputs and data. Knowledge about CDISC standards, creating data packages, Pinnacle 21 reports is a must. Use data and visualizations (R-shiny) to inform business solutions Organize data, analysis, reports, and applications into reproducible repositories Provide technical documentation Requirements & Experience : 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAS code 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining R code Must have experienced working in clinical trials (Pharma, CRO or Biotech) Experience with CDISC standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
