Requirements: Availability to work at the Clients site in Juno Beach, FL (required); IT Project Management experience; Experience working in Salesforce ecosystem; Experience supporting assessment of business value to groom the Product Backlog; Experience performing applicable research, data analysis and create artifacts Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges; Support the development of epics and user stories through product definition; Support the ongoing refinement of the Product Backlog; Collaborate with the Product Leads and Product Owners and relevant Business SMEs; Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce technologies; Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion; Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary.
