Their role includes designing data models, optimizing data storage and retrieval, ensuring data security and compliance, and collaborating with development teams to integrate MarkLogic into applications. They also focus on performance tuning, scalability, and data quality while aligning the solution with business requirements. Additionally, they might be involved in data governance, defining data standards, and providing expertise on MarkLogic's features and capabilities. This Role need production support and optimizing the current process, ongoing issues with MarkLogic product. Address performance issues have been reported and not addressed immediately. this is not just a DBA but Data Architect kind of role who is hands-on and have expertise to deal with.
