| From: laxmivijay, ProCorp systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Hope you re doing well Job Position: Sr. Project Manager Distribution Location: Minneapolis, MN - Onsite Position Summary: This Sr. Project Manager is accountable for the on-time, on-budget delivery of a solution to support OMS replacement program with Planning, Forecasting and Capacity Analysis activities. The solution includes the deployment of Schneider Electric s OMS module to replace the current Oracle NMS system. The Sr. PM is responsible for planning the work, managing a cross-functional team comprised of employees, contractors and vendors, and mitigating issues and risks. The Sr. PM is responsible for driving work to defined schedule, communicating crisply and clearly to both the project team and the project stakeholders, forecasting costs, tracking actuals, and explaining variances. Summary of Responsibilities: Leads the project planning effort, including the definition of the deliverables and the required delivery dates, creation of a logical work breakdown structure, definition of major project milestones, accumulation of all project cost and benefit estimates. Manages, prepares, and produces project management reports, timelines, budgets, and documentation. Create and manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting and actuals tracking. Identifies risks and issues and provides effective mitigation. Monitors project activities and resolves/escalates issues as needed. Skill Set Requirements: q Required: o Minimum 10 years of project management experience. o Utility Operations software experience (ADMS/OMS/DEMS). o Proven experience managing requirements specification, design activities, prototype development, testing and final deployment. o Proven vendor management experience including SOW creation, financial control, and aggressively driving vendor to meet date and budget commitments. o Experience in managing project budget forecasts and actuals. q Preferred: Schneider Electric s OMS software implementation experience.
