Job Title: Agile Coach Location: Warren, NJ 07059 (Onsite) Duration: 06 Months Start Date: ASAP Implementation: Infosys Minimum work experience - 10-12 years Job Details: Must Have Skills (TOP 3 SKILLS): Must have experience on Agile / DevOps Transformation at a Project/ Program/ Portfolio / Enterprise Level for clients. Should have prior consulting experience in driving an Agile Transformation for clients across People, Process and Technology levers, and should possess deep-rooted expertise in the following: o Scaling Frameworks such as SAFe /DAD /LeSS /SPOTIFY / ScrumScale. Well versed with Scrum, KANBAN and XP o Awareness and experience with widely followed Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Code Refactoring, Addressing and preventing Technical Debts, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. o Familiarity with CI-CD tool stacks, Release Automation, Deployment Automation etc. Deep-rooted expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools such as Jira, ADO, Rally etc. Knowledge on one of the Cloud technologies like AWS/AZURE/GCPetc would be an added advantage Detailed Job Description.
