Please let me know your interest in the below role- ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Visa: No H1B & CPT Rate: $50/hr on C2C * MUST have CMDB and Performance Analytics experience. *Only 2 resumes will be accepted Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in creating dynamic management dashboards, reporting on OKRs and metrics, and providing insightful analysis to drive improvements in service quality while optimizing costs. Experience with CMDB and Performance Analytics is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Configure thresholds, including all-time highs, lows, and predefined values, to generate automated alerts for proactive management. Proficient in setting up and managing CMDB Health dashboards and utilizing CMDB Query Builder for comprehensive data analysis. Collaborate with the service management team to optimize processes and streamline reporting management integration. ITIL Foundation Qualification is desirable but not mandatory. Provide expert guidance on technical and application configurations within ServiceNow for effective reporting management. Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and conduct training sessions for dashboard implementation across teams. Utilize ServiceNow development expertise in the Performance Analytics Module to enhance data analysis capabilities. Develop and execute a robust reporting strategy, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports. Implement agile methodologies for efficient project delivery. Demonstrate proficiency in CMDB terminology and best practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
