Job Description Job Title: Product Owner / Product Manager Location: San Jose, CA Duration: Long Term Contract Minimum Exp: 15+ Mandatory Skills: Product Owner / Product Manager Need Only Local Candidates to California Job Description: Formulate a product's vision and strategy in alignment with an organization's vision, and goals. Collaborating with business leaders and users to understand business needs and pain points and translate them into product requirements. Creating and managing the product backlog and prioritize them based on business needs and changing requirements. Overseeing the product development lifecycle and ensure quality and timely delivery. Create wireframes and work with designers to generate UI/UX. Review with business leaders and get sign-offs. Developing user stories and explaining them to developers and testers. Participating in the SIT, UAT and Go-Live process. Liaising with product teams and business leaders to deliver updates Communicate challenges and blockers that impact delivery, get them resolved and communicate new timelines prominently. Manage and conduct scrum ceremonies including DSM, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective. Highlight significant accomplishments and value-adds during the product development life cycle. Good understanding of software development lifecycle. Understanding business needs / mapping it to the business processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication, listening and probing skills.
