This individual will leverage strong communication skills and technical expertise to deliver robust solutions across the scope of our Master Data Systems. Responsibilities Develop expertise within our Master Data Management Landscape and support Informatica, P360, IICS, and PRIINT Present innovative options for addressing system change requests and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required. Perform functional analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include, but are not limited to new software development, configuration of existing systems, integration of quality and regulatory applications with other internal systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with users and management to determine business needs and translate them to system requirements. Serve as point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area. Deliver software requirements to developers and serve as the developers point of contact for clarification and follow-up throughout the development process. Manage implementation plans for releasing system enhancements or new Software solutions to production Drive process improvement within the team as we continue to grow with agile and DevOps tools and methodologies. Focus on quality during all phases of Software development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation. Collaborate with MDM Architect, MDM Developers and other business users in addressing issues and enhancements related to MDM Drive process improvement within the team as we continue to grow with agile and DevOps tools and methodologies. Basic Qualifications 1.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar 2.Experience in PIM/MDM platforms 3.High learning agility. Position will often require learning new areas of business and new software 4.Excellent oral and written communication skills 5.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation 6.Experience in agile methodology and work as part of a scrum team 7.Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams 8.4+ years of relevant business analyst work experience 9.Unrestricted US Work Authorization Preferred Qualifications 10.Experience in PRIINT software 11.Experience with DevOps tools (i.e. Jira, Zephyr, Splunk, SonarQube, etc) |
