Design, develop, and implement Appian applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team, guiding them through the entire Appian development lifecycle. Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, quickly determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases. Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize Appian solutions for improved speed and efficiency. Act as a subject matter expert, staying up to date with the latest Appian features and advancements. Provide support and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting continuous learning and growth. Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions, with a strong understanding of Appian architecture. A deep knowledge of Appian components including Appian SAIL, Process Design, Rules, Security, and Integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven experience working in Agile development methodologies, delivering high-quality solutions within established timeframes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and promoting a culture of innovation. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
