[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Network /RF EngineerLocation: Houston, TXDuration: 1 Year INTAKE NOTES:- we would like to hire someone whos local and can make it into the Houston office at least 2 days a week.- Additional expenses will not be approved- Will support Engineering (Development, RF, Operations) supporting new site build, site mods, backhaul, and special projects Reviewing any purchase order requests submitted by 3rd party vendors for accuracy in coordination with the internal T-Mobile Approved Requestor Project Manager. Validating that there is no existing purchase requisition (PR) or purchase order for the requested scope of work on that site. Ensuring 3rd party vendors are compliant and in good standing per T-Mobile Standards and Requirements (e.g., compliance as validated through Avetta) prior to the creation of PR. Submitting requests for purchase requisition (PR) to be created in the appropriate T-Mobile purchasing system (e.g., Ariba, Scopeworker, etc.). Include any relevant quotes, contract documents, and scopes as applicable. Note: Supplier personnel shall not be permitted to submit purchase requisitions in a T-Mobile purchasing system for work awarded to the Supplier or Suppliers affiliates or subsidiaries. All correspondence and access by Supplier personnel related to this scope and any 3rd party vendor POs will be conducted leveraging the T-Mobile-issued email and via the T-Mobile network (e.g., VPN). Use of personal or Supplier-issued emails is prohibited.Additionally, the individual in this role will manage the lifecycle of third-party vendor purchase orders through receipt and invoicing in collaboration with and in support of the T-Mobile-approved requestor.Tasks include but are not limited to: Creating and/or reviewing the Open PO Report and corresponding Magenta Built milestone report for each open PO line item. Processing adjustments to the POs as required, including PO line quantity, amount, date changes, etc. Providing a report to T-Mobile Approved Requestor to confirm and approve the completion of 3rd party vendors work. The business need for this position is to ensure that the Capital project runs smoothly and efficiently by having a dedicated individual to manage the purchase orders and ensure compliance with T-Mobile Standards and Requirements.
