In essence, it's an $8B "startup" that is building its teams, processes, and SAP S4/Hana roadmap for the next several years. The Data Readiness & Conversion team is seeking experienced data conversion analysts that have a background in SAP data cleansing, quality, governance, documentation, mapping, and cutover. Experience qualifications: Led data conversion activities for multiple SAP deployments/releases Collaborated with local plant teams, extract/development teams, and business stakeholders to define and document data requirements for SAP to ensure data accurately suits the intended design and business needs Facilitated the local team in data cleansing activities where data analysis through Excel and SQL were utilized to bring data quality and data readiness metrics to expected validity before data loads Monitored data conversion project progress using Jira or similar tools Trained local plant teams on a compliance deliverable to ensure data scope and content is correct, and any invalid records are accompanied by a mitigation plan for audit purpose Additional Details: Nature of the work and client environment: Deloitte is the systems integrator and main partner for S4/Hana Moving to a new platform called Cinity More structured data transformation Data quality will be a challenge, not typical "out of the box" with this new platform Role frameup: pulling in a lot of functional stakeholders and common sense and governance creation, what works, what doesn't Data metrics evangelist!
