| Job Description Digital Product owner 100% remote Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and prioritizes teams product backlog Defines iterations and stories, establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories and increments Support team in achieving sprint goals and Product Increment Objectives and mitigates impediments for the team Oversees all stages of product creation including design and development Monitors and evaluates product progress at each stage of the process Coordinates with the product team and end-users to deliver updates Participates in Scrum meetings and product sprints Understands enabler work and collaborates with Solution Architects Prepares team and facilitates demos in coordination with Scrum Master Coordinates with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects and UX Translates business requirements to teams and provides direction when questions arise Required Skills/Experience: 3-5 years experience working as a product owner or 5+ years as an IT Analyst working in a product-oriented organization Expertise in specific technical and/or industry knowledge related to retail omnichannel Digital or consumer services at scale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams Ability to influence, motivate and ensure execution Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure Proven partnering/relationship building abilities and effective communication with small and large groups Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate tradeoffs Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment operating at both a strategic and tactical level Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure Team player who collaborates well with others Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative Experience with JIRA and related product development software.
