COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Job Title: Scrum master with Financial Domain Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Day 1 onsite) || Local for now Hire Type: Contract Qualifications: Experience Req: 13+ Years Basic Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on delivering financial applications using Agile methodologies. At least 5 years working with financial application delivery in a functional capacity, i.e. Oracle or SAP implementations, Oracle EPM, or other relevant platforms. Experience working in a complex system landscape, with the ability to navigate and manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration Experience leading highly complex projects, programs, and teams Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services. Experience with the design and implementation of business processes in the Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash functional areas Experience with complex Stakeholder Management and Communication Management practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Jira and Confluence project management software.
