Job Tittle : Senior Pega Developer Location : Addison, TX (Hybrid ) Duration : 6+ Visa : No H1b Job Description Responsibilities: As a Senior Pega Developer you will be an integral part of our Scrum team, contributing to the creation of innovative solutions within the Pega PRPC application environment. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities: Utilize your extensive Pega CSSA certification and 5+ years of Pega development experience to provide deep technical expertise across solution design and application development, tailored to specific business contexts. Play a pivotal role in setting the technical direction for applications and related technologies, taking ownership of delivering technically robust solutions that align with business, architectural, and technological constraints. Required Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who possess the following attributes, skills, and experiences: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Pega developer, with a proven track record of building and deploying model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems PRPC tool. Pega CSSA certification demonstrating mastery of advanced Pega skills. Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, providing a solid foundation for technical excellence. Demonstrated proficiency in Object-Oriented techniques and principles, applied effectively in previous roles. Exposure to a diverse range of technologies, including but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), and Oracle. A collaborative team player with a strong ability to solve complex problems and an inherent passion for technical innovation. Proven experience in managing code migration across development and production environments. Additional Responsibilities: In addition to your core responsibilities, you may undertake the following tasks: Lead and manage moderately complex projects, overseeing team activities related to special initiatives or operations. Exhibit a strong sense of accountability for your technical knowledge and contributions as a team member or individual contributor.
