Highly Proficient in handling application support projects and managing tickets created by users. Experience in Integration with Label Printers, barcode readers, and PLCs. Experience in Reporting Tools. Minimum 34 project experience during post-go-live support Hypercare, Small to major enhancements, Exposure on MES integration with SAP.
