Aim for folks with 6+ years of progressive Data Analytics experience. (If they have previous work history in Financial Services or with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, that would be a good find.) The client wants someone who has actually led teams of Data Analysts in their history, not just someone with a title of lead. Client is not looking for folks outside of the Data Analyst realm for this one no Data Engineers or folks of other titles.
