Drive the development and execution of impact measurement experiments, including A/B testing, time series modeling, ANCOVA, econometrics models, etc. Plan and prioritize Promotion Impact services, implementing change management strategies with cross-functional stakeholders. Lead matrixed project teams to execute analytical projects leveraging advanced analytics techniques. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain reusable assets and custom pipelines to optimize operational efficiencies in analytics execution. Demonstrate expertise and hands-on experience in Python for building and executing ML models. General attributes needed: Looking for someone to be available, eager to ask questions, learn, grow with the team. Candidate should have very strong technical coding skills, able to get up to speed on the code base quickly and run changes or enhancements quickly.
