Candidates having experience managing IGA project involving integrations with Oracle and Peoplesoft will be preferred. Thorough understanding of IAM business processes, JML use cases in Identity & Access Management areas like Provisioning, Governance, Enterprise Directory Architecture, etc. using any leading identity management products. Keen interest in providing best practice solutions for overall IAM strategy. Ability to understand the organizations Information Security big picture including the Compliance Regulations, business drivers, identity and access management processes, tools, and practices and their inter dependencies; and at the same time should have attention to implementation level details. Thorough understanding of Identity Governance and Administration like Identity Life Cycle Management, RBAC, ABAC, Access Governance, etc. Very good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration controls use cases, and tools. Strong understanding of Architecture, Design, and experience with implementation in any leading IGA products. Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt is an advantage.
