Job Title: Performance Test Architect Location: Tennessee (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Need to travel to Client location (~ 2- 3 days in a week/month) Performance Test Architect Total years of experience 15+ years Skills: Performance Testing (P&C Insurance), LoadRunner, NeoLoad and JMeter Insurance domain experience - (mandatory) and should have experience in setting up the performance testing CoE should have exposure to insurance COTS products either Guidewire, Duck Creek, or OneShiled (one of the COTS products Performance testing is a must) Experience in developing the performance Test strategy and providing a roadmap to establish enterprise performance testing CoE Experience in the Performance tool evaluation LoadRunner, NeoLoad and JMeter Experience in performance test Scripting and execution activities Experience in developing strategies for Cloud, On-prem, and Mainframe infrastructure. Experience developing the strategy/approach for enterprise application tiers ((Web, Integrations, and Database) with varying complexities. Should be able to conduct the workshop and triage session with the stakeholders (Development, Infrastructure, and Business) to define the SLAs should have experience developing the workload model, SLA, and Performance Test summary reports -including summarizing the recommendation. Experience using Dynatrace -APM and Splunk logging and developing the dashboards and alerts. Experience in performance test results analysis and providing a meaningful recommendation to the stakeholders. Should be able to work in an onshore/offshore model. Mentor, Direct, and track the day-to-day project deliverables.
