| Role Description: Acknowledge and resolve user and alert incidents thru ServiceNow. Triage and troubleshoot user queries, concerns about snowflake platform and/or query/job related issues Create, Manage, and participate in Major Incident bridge calls based on urgency/priority standards. Create, track, update and close Snowflake vendor related issues.
