| Informatica Supplier 360 and AVOS Remote role Position Details SR Number APPS/APPS/2024/2315383 BR# 1375436BR Job Location Chicago, IL Remote ok (Y/N) Yes (but first preference if local candidate) Project Duration 6 + Months Project Start date ASAP Buy Rate $68 Job Title/Role IT Analyst Merchandising and Supplier Operations Mandatory skills Informatica Supplier 360 and AVOS Client Interview Yes JD The Merchandising & Supplier Operations IT Analyst will have functional, technical and configuration responsibility for implementation and support of clients Merchandising and Supplier Operations systems that includes item master data, vendor master data, site master data, pricing, and procurement. The IT Analyst will be working closely with the cross functional IT team and business on requirements gathering, implementations and on-going support. This position will be part of high performing team in the Merchandising and Supplier Operations systems area. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Application Support: Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks Incident Management: Undertakes the identification, registration, and categorization of incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly escalates incidents as appropriate. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken Problem Management: Investigates problems in systems, processes, and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures Requirements Definition: Uses established techniques as directed to identify current problems and elicit, specify, and document business functional, data and non-functional requirements for various subject areas with clearly defined boundaries. Assists with implementing the processes for establishing agreed baselines for change and managing the assessment and application of requested changes to those requirements. Assists in defining acceptance tests for the specified requirements Release Deployment: Uses the tools and techniques for specific areas of release and deployment activities. Administers the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activity undertaken. May carry out early support activities such as providing support advice to initial users Development Testing: Identifies requirements and specifications, and test conditions. Designs and creates test cases and test scripts, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording, and reporting outcomes. Executes test cases in accordance with project test plans. Analyzes and documents test activities, result, issues, and risks Solution Implementation: Assist in implementing solutions and application as a part of business requirements or enterprise initiatives. Works closely with the stakeholders and cross functional partners during the entire life cycle of the project REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: Bachelors degree in computer science, a related field, or applicable work experience 3+ years experience in an enterprise application implementation environment, retail preferred Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders, from executives to implementation team to deliver and enhance the Supplier centric MDM solution using Informatica S360 hosted in Azure Configuration, monitoring, deployment, and implementation of Informatica S360 (MDM) Knowledge of Informatica Supplier Portal, MDM User Exits, Match Rules, Hierarchy manager, S360 UI, ActiveVOS, MDM Provisioning Tool, Business entity services, Service implementation framework Experience with Informatica Data as a Service (DaaS) for email, postal address and phone verification/validation including AddressDoctor 3+ years in Java Programming with at least one year customizing Supplier Portal and AVOS 3+ years in MS SQL and Unix scripting is required.
