Scope: The Application Systems Analyst/Programmer will play a critical role in building and/or buying the technology that will help CW meet its business goals for long-term use of data for critical decision making. Contractors Key Person will provide expertise in solving user interface problems and creating solutions to improve usability, optimization, and modernization of systems for the most effective delivery of program objectives. Tasks: Contractors Key Person shall: Interact with project team members including database analysts, business analysts and testing analysts through a regular Sprint planning process. Develop application components that deliver functionality specified in minimum viable product documentation. Comply with Federal regulations for CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System) design, development, deployment and maintenance. Follow an application change request process prior to solution deployment to production environments. Successful completion of an Information Technology Certification program may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years.
