A minimum of 6 years experience in software application development and maintenance required with web development experience Ability to effectively collaborate with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise. 5 + years of experience with Pega PRPC v.7.x/8.x Holding a Pega Senior System Architect or Pega Lead System Architect certification is a plus. Have a working knowledge of Web Services, Scripting and Automation. Experience implementing Pega Insurance Framework is a plus. Ability to understand and analyze improvement areas which can make the tasks of the end-users easy, proposing the solution changes to client. Strong ability to juggle many competing priorities. Extensive Hands-on experience on UIs, Integrations (REST/SOAP/SQL etc), Agents, Declarative Rules, etc. Passion for designing and developing modern web solutions. Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions. Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines. Considerable experience developing/supporting enterprise web applications.
