Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- ROLE:- Snowflake Architect Remote Design and implement data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and harmonizing data from various sources such as genomics, digital pathology, flow cytometry, and proteomics within the Snowflake data warehouse. Collaborate with data scientists, biologists, and bioinformaticians to understand their data requirements and design a harmonized data model that integrates and standardizes different data formats and structures. Develop data transformations and enrichment processes to clean, normalize, and aggregate data from diverse sources and create a unified view for analysis. Implement data governance policies, data quality checks, and data lineage tracking to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the harmonized data model. Optimize data storage, indexing, and querying strategies in Snowflake to support efficient retrieval and analysis of large-scale genomics, proteomics, digital pathology, and flow cytometry datasets. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver actionable insights to drive scientific discovery and decision-making. Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate the harmonized data model with downstream applications, visualization tools, and machine learning pipelines. Monitor data pipelines, performance metrics, and data usage patterns to identify bottlenecks, optimize resources, and improve the overall efficiency of data processing workflows. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Snowflake architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and data integration strategies for genomics, proteomics, digital pathology, and flow cytometry data.
