Position: Genesys Consultant Location: Austin, TX (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Client: TCS/Apple Job Description: We are looking for someone that has experience with Genesys Composer routing development and can start contributing immediately. This role requires that the resource can produce the design for new routing workflows and can document those thoroughly. The resource will also be required to assist the business teams with defining the requirements for the workflows. Because of that, communication skills are very important. Resource is expected to perform development and unit testing with good analytical and debugging skills. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required .
