Build presentations and delivery with effective communication to Sr. Leadership Ability to consolidate and summarize findings across various models and report findings to leadership. Ability to create and foster strong relationships with Sr. Leadership internally and across the business. Responsibilities: Lead the evolution of analytics methods and processes for Marketing Mix Analysis, Resource Allocation & Optimization through technology and process enhancements. Drive the development and execution of impact measurement experiments, including A/B testing, time series modeling, ANCOVA, econometrics models, etc. Plan and prioritize Promotion Impact services, implementing change management strategies with cross-functional stakeholders. Lead matrixed project teams to execute analytical projects leveraging advanced analytics techniques. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain reusable assets and custom pipelines to optimize operational efficiencies in analytics execution. Demonstrate expertise and hands-on experience in Python for building and executing ML models. General attributes needed: Looking for someone to be available, eager to ask questions, learn, grow with the team. Candidate should have very strong technical coding skills, able to get up to speed on the code base quickly and run changes or enhancements quickly.
