| Hi, Please find job description below; VISA- No-h1b Only EST and CST Candidates JOB TITLE- Sr. Technical Retail Project Manager LOCATION- Columbus OH hybrid ( no PST, NO MST) DURATION- 6+ months contract INTERVIEW- Telephonic and WebEx Sr. Technical Retail Project Manager Top Consulting is looking for Technical Project Manager that would be part of the Solutions Delivery team within the Digital & Tech Department. Plan and organize the delivery of technical projects leveraging Agile disciplines. This role will be the Project Manager for the Marketing Technology Program which is a multi-year initiative to build out marketing technology platforms and capabilities. Responsibilities: Coordinate and prioritize all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, communication, execution and completion. Create and maintain project Feature level project plan that identifies the activities required to complete the project along with activity dependencies, and resource capacity constraints. Revise project plan as needed to maintain alignment with cross-impacted projects and business strategy. Leverage JIRA tasks / details to track work and monitor progress. Ensure complete understanding of business needs and processes. Monitors and controls project scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and risk. Responsible for internal and external resource management, budgeting and cost containment. Develop and control timelines, including regularly assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project by removing blockers and escalating issues Collaborate across the teams to confirm resource availability, and maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the program Maintain detailed decision and change log Build strong relationships as a critical member of the program leads team Partner with multiple business and technical functions to deliver a cohesive project plan Understand interdependencies and creatively problem solve constraints Provide transparent communication to leadership on status, issues, risks, and required decisions across the program Lead project team meetings and clearly convey project goals and requirements. Communicate with stakeholders to bridge the technology gap by using terms and concepts familiar to stakeholders. Facilitate team meetings to achieve an expected outcome and enable decision-making. This includes meeting preparation, capturing actions from meetings, and facilitating group activities (e.g., brainstorming, whiteboarding). Define, communicate, and manage dependencies across projects Qualifications: B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area preferred 8+ years' experience in Technical Project Management Retail experience a must, specifically in marketing technology (CRM, CDP, email, loyalty, etc.) 5+ years of technical experience Expertise with JIRA and Microsoft Project Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite products Strong budget management skills utilizing Excel Strong business, leadership, planning and organizational skills Agile Project Management Detail and excellent analytical and communication skills Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced, changing environment with a presence to adjust to situations that could involve conflicting goals Ability to collaborate and effectively manage a dispersed team and prioritize work Display a leadership approach of teaming up to collaboratively drive work forward Regards, Vijay Kumar | Lead Recruiter Trail Blazer Consulting LLC | Astoria, NY 11105 Office: 914-650-4600 Ext: 148 Keywords: New York Ohio |
