| Hi, Hope you are doing well!! Please find the job description detailing the preferred specifications that our client is seeking for this position. Role: PEOPLESOFT HCM PROGRAMMER ANALYST Location: San Bernardino, California Duration: 12-24 Months VISA: GC, USC, Must have requirements : 1. Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or any closely related field 2. At least 5 years working experience using PeopleSoft, SQL and SQR. 3. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc. 4. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft on-boarding processes. 5. Advanced PeopleCode experience. 6. Experience with Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS. 7. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images. 8. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones. 9. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database. Skills and Qualifications 1. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc. 2. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft on-boarding processes. 3. Advanced PeopleCode experience. 4. Experience with Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS. 5. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database. 8. Strong understanding of SDLC. 9. Familiar with various design, architectural patterns, and HCM frameworks. 10. Ability to write clean, readable, modular, scalable and easily maintainable code with proper technical documentation. 11. Experience integrating 3 rd party recruiting systems into a PeopleSoft environment Experience and Education: Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or any closely related field with at least 5 years working experience using PeopleSoft, SQL and SQR. An equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
