Ability to understand requirements and business intent Proven experience in designing solutions Excellent communication skills verbal & written. Must be able to perform well as an individual contributor as well as a project leader and onsite-offshore coordinator by working closely with customer and offshore team. Experience in planning , estimation, team management, stakeholder management (clients and its business users) Experience in project tracking and risk management.
