Communicates and collaborates effectively with leadership, colleagues, and external teams. Monitors changes in hardware and software and provides current informatio5n to end users. Manages one or more projects and systems involving software development and life cycle. Coordinates with users to identify system requirements, develop functional design specifications to meet requirements, and solve complex operational problems. Oversees the evaluation of methods, tools, hardware and software used to improve the analysis, development, integration, implementation and maintenance of information systems. Leads or conducts major studies regarding system usage, makes recommendations for improvements, and determines system requirements. Reviews system plans for completeness and accuracy and plans and schedules studies and system implementations. Develops policies and procedures designed to ensure the integrity of infrastructure environments. Determines operational, technical, and support requirements for the location, installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems, and supporting technologies. Monitors and defines the requirements of the overall security of the enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and implements hardware and software solutions to help mitigate a wide variety of security attacks. Reviews proposed solutions to ensure the delivery of a quality product or service to the client. Writes and reviews technical specifications for programs and/or systems. Works closely with internal teams to monitor, maintain, and improve vendor relationships. Maintain server infrastructure inventory, coordinating, routing, and deploying equipment.
