Good communication skills 3. Strong knowledge of OFSAA suite of products 4. Strong XML and Oracle skills 5. Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles. 6. Strong Oracle technical skills designing, developing, debugging and documentation 7. Able to translate detailed business requirements and design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed design specifications. 8. Able to build and unit test to detailed design specifications 9. Able to design and develop application configurations utilizing PL/SQL and Erwin Data Modeling 10.
