The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM, Springboot, and AWS. The role requires excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills, ensuring customer satisfaction from requirements and CRM functional perspectives. Key responsibilities include understanding Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product, configuring/customizing MS Dynamics CRM, and integrating CRM using web services and messaging. The candidate should be adept at extending Dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources, as well as possess a strong understanding of the CRM security model. ( Contract) Role: - Technical Lead Location: Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills 10+ years of experience in production support and MS Dynamics CRM. Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM, Springboot, and AWS. Strong communication, documentation, and articulation skills. Experience with CRM business processes in sales force automation, marketing automation, and service management. Hands-on experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST). Sound understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product. Knowledge of core .NET technology, SSRS, WCF, and SSIS. Experience in CRM deployment and customization. Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and ensure customer satisfaction.
