The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Experience in the auto parts sector is considered a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for the Supply Chain WMS, aligning it with the company's goals and the specific needs of the auto parts industry. Stay informed about local market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities. 2. Requirements Definition: Collaborate with local stakeholders, Business and IT, to gather and define detailed requirements for the WMS product. Translate industry-specific needs into technical specifications for the development team. 3. Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX/UI designers, to oversee the end-to-end development process. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and effective delivery of features. 4. Auto Parts Industry Expertise: Leverage local industry knowledge to tailor the WMS product to the unique challenges and opportunities within the Atlanta auto parts market. Engage with local industry associations and experts to stay current on regional nuances. 5. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an interface that meets the specific needs of local users. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance the user experience. 6. Product Launch: Develop strategies for the successful launch of the WMS product 7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and efficiency.
