Hi,

We have the following 3 positions for the Databricks Consultants in Santa Clara, CA.

Position1 - Databricks Architect ( 10+ years )

Location
 - Santa Clara, CA ( Day 1 onsite)

Skills Required:

2-3 end to end project implementation experience from on-premise to cloud platform. Hands on experience working in Azure Databricks platform.

Lead the azure cloud architecture design for various applications depending on business requirements. Deployment experience (ML, LLM, Deep learning models)

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure Azure cloud solutions using Data Bricks ML platform.

Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Collect and preprocess large-scale text corpora to train and fine-tune language models. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform model development and improvement.

Strong coding skills in SQL and Python (PySpark) with experience optimizing code.

Extensive Experience on working on Azure AI services including Data Bricks and Azure cognitive services. Proficiency in working with UNIX/Linux environments and command-line tools.

The candidate will also be responsible for building and improving our CI/CD pipelines and keeping themselves and their team up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

The candidate must be an expert in Docker and Cloud based containerization technologies.

Hadoop/Big Data migration experience is a plus. B.E./ B. Tech / M. Tech/ MCA (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical), a master"s in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field, or a specialization in natural language processing is preferred.

Position2 - Databricks Admin ( 6+ years, relevant 3 yrs )

Location
 - Santa Clara, CA ( Day 1 onsite)

Skills Required:

The candidate will work on building, scaling, and monitoring highly complex BigData platform on Databricks, Snowflake DB and Elasticsearch cloud.

The candidate will work on building, scaling, and monitoring Data science and ML hosting platforms based on Databricks.

The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing our Data platform, Data science workbench with ML hosting technology strategies in the Cloud.

The candidate will also involve to design our architecture and define our roadmap.

The candidate will be responsible to implement monitoring, alerting and observability solutions using CSP standard monitoring and analytical tools and 3rd party tools like Zabbix and Datadog SaaS.

The candidate has to be an expert in Docker and Cloud based containerization technologies.

The candidate will also be responsible for building and improving our CI/CD pipelines and keeping themselves and their team up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Develop automation scripts in Terraform, YAML, Helm charts, az cli, aws-cli, Powershell and other cloud APIs.

Participate in developer interaction calls and help.

Position3 - Databricks Project Manager ( 12+ years)

Summary:

Skilled and experienced Databricks Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to Databricks implementation, optimization, and integration within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the realm of data engineering and analytics, with a deep understanding of Databricks technologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Databricks projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define objectives, and develop project plans and timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and IT professionals to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Databricks solutions.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, key milestones, and any deviations from the project plan.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Databricks technologies, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor"s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. (Master"s degree preferred)

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data engineering, analytics, or related fields.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Databricks technologies, including Databricks Unified Analytics Platform, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and proficiency in related services (e.g., S3, Azure Data Lake, BigQuery).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
