| From: Shubham Jaiswal, KPG99,INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ServiceNow Discovery Engineer Location:6655 Town Square Alpharetta GA 30005 Hybrid Visa: No H1B-CPT Client : Morgan Stanley Hybrid 3x a week onsite in Alpharetta Core responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate discovery tooling technologies across a broad spectrum of modern hardware and software IT assets Design and implement discovery solutions in collaboration with existing technologies used to collect technology inventories Define monitoring and operational automation to control and manage discovery coverage, quality of discovered attributes, and reconciliation of data. Interact with stakeholders and customers to collect and analyze data and discovery requirements. Design and implement discovery tool and data integrations with the CMDB and other related inventory/system of record in the ITAM ecosystem Qualifications (minimum): Implementation and operations experience with modern asset-specific discovery tools. Experience with modern ITAM implementations and discovery integrations Experience in implementing ServiceNow Cloud and Infrastructure Discovery, and IRE.
