POSITION: RPA APPLICATION DEVELOPER

We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. As an Application Developer for Robotics Process Automation (RPA), you are a trusted member of the Operations team supporting colleagues through automated process solutions. You are an advocate for automated processes, efficient solutions, and enhancing profit through expense reduction. This role requires you to be deeply connected with the various bank areas of operations, the management team/staff, and their processes and procedures. You will serve as the primary contact for the RPA Intake and Governance Process in the solutions role as it pertains to requirements gathering, ideation, execution, quality control and troubleshooting. The RPA Application Developer will be the subject matter expert responsible for the RPA Product and assist in the administration of the Intake and Governance Process.

Key Result Areas:

Work directly with stakeholders (Business Analysts, Process Owners) to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented, providing guidance with automation process design, development, and testing.

Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. Perform QA testing on deployed components.

Participate in investigations of process inefficiencies and make proposals on opportunities for process improvement. Create process and end-user documentation.

Engage and collaborate with teams and stakeholders throughout the organization to foster relationships and problem solve; be empowered to initiate change and coach / mentor teammates to further drive superior process improvements. Engage professionally across all channels to assist colleagues needs or issues.

Expand knowledge in the banking industry and foster an intellectual curiosity in all facets of bank operations.

Initiate and/or assist with developing and maintaining written procedures, guides, and training materials for the RPA Product.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of programmed process automation in a high-speed development environment, using any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net. with basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects, utilize workflow-based logic, and problem solve challenging issues.

Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.

Superior time and project management skills with ability to work independently and take initiative.

Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience, preferred.

Experience with Agile development methodology, databases (SQL or NoSQL), developing and consuming APIs, preferred.

UiPath RPA Developer certifications or Advanced Developer Certification, preferred.

Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, preferred.
