They need to have strong experience with S4 Hana and should understand S4/Hana 2020+. Client is on-prem They should have experience in implementing the tool (more than once, ideally at least 3x). Currently, the deployment would be on prem. They should have a working knowledge of BTP. Here is the list of system requirements: Environmental Software Requirements: Calendar of compliance requirements o Regulatory: Federal, State, Local o Leprino requirements Email notifications of upcoming due dates at specified intervals o Example: 30 days before, every day after, overdue every day after o Intervals assigned specific to the task Calendar tasks need to not be dependent on the previous task to be closed to schedule the next List of regulations that apply - regulatory applicability to drive compliance requirements o Federal, state, local, and permits o Notification of regulatory changes and impact of facilities User friendly for individuals that are not very skilled with computers o Minimal interactions to close/complete a task "refined workflow" o Training and system/software support Dashboards ("cockpit") for upcoming tasks, overdue, etc. Overdue task escalation to one-over managers, etc. o Delegation functionality as well; if a manager is out of office, the manager can delegate task to other or complete themselves or if not responded to would delegate automatically to another person (Similar to PO workflow) Standardization across the plant o Naming conventions for tasks o Support model Licensing breakdown per "function" o Can we add in sustainability enhancement for minimal costs later; how is this upgrade managed Nice to Haves: Integrated solution - IT nice to have o Tie to SAP and compliance portals/etc (links).
