Business Process Analyst 6+ months Hybrid NJ - 2 days a week No CPT/H1B Client domain: Utilities/ Energy industry Must have: We are ideally looking for a candidate with utility billing, SAP ISU and C4C experience - must have 2-3 years of exp. Must have 5+ years of Utilities/ Energy Industries experience 5+ years of experience Utilities/ Energy industry working with CIS (Customer Information System) and SAP or oracle environment Well versed in conducting Gap analysis for enhancements on business processes and existing technology Tech Stack: Visio, BPM, SQL, MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Experience: 8 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping Business Process Modeling using technology and tools to define process functionality from End to End Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel self-starter, detail oriented, driven individual with an overall team player attitude Experience with business process modeling Experience with Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience in using Visio tool to detail work-flow processes Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel Experience implementing enterprise document management, bar coding solutions preferred Six Sigma certification or other related business analysis education strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and deadlines with the ability to work under pressure Preferred, but not required, knowledge and understanding of the utility industry Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a Business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Major Responsibilities: Work closely with the WAM project managers, functional and technical leads to support the implementation of the barcoding and document solutions required as part of the WAM project within the timeframes in the project plan Create and maintain functional and technical requirement documentation, user stories and process flows Participate in product selection process by organizing requirements and summarizing product comparisons to enable faster decision making Provide input and updates to the integrated project plan Work with the business leads and QA teams to develop test scenarios and test cases related to these solutions and support test execution Attend the regularly scheduled stand-up meetings, providing status, and updating RAID items as needed.
